My name is Sage and I’m the owner of Haints and Hollers Apothecary. I am a certified herbalist, registered nurse and a practicing green witch living in the mountains of North Carolina. I focus on hand-blended, small batch herbal remedies that focus on aiding and improving everyday life.

With my background in nursing and research, I take pride in only using herbs that have been well researched and peer-reviewed to have a positive impact on the body and daily life.

When I first started my herbal journey, I would only make products for family, friends and those in my community, and I loved it. However, the more I learn and grow, the more I want to share my products with others. So here we are. I'm new, small and just one person; but I can not wait to see where this journey goes.
