My name is Sage and I’m the owner of Haints and Hollers Apothecary. I am a certified herbalist and registered nurse living in the mountains of Western North Carolina. I focus on handcrafted, small batch herbal remedies that focus on supporting everyday life for those who need it.

With my background in nursing and research, I work with herbs that have been well researched and peer-reviewed to ensure that old southern traditions are still safe and effective in today's world of science.
