Headache Relief herbal tincture is an all-natural option to help relieve discomfort from the occasional headaches/migraines that is brought on by stress or tension. Made with herbs that are known for their relaxing effect on the nervous system and soothing properties. Great go-to option for those who prefer to to use Tylenol.

•Skullcap
•Willow Bark
•Feverfew
•Catnip
•Lavender
•Peppermint
•Distilled Vodka-80 Proof

How to use:

Take 1-3 dropperfuls as needed for headaches. Start with one dropperful, and see if more is needed. Remember, herbs are powerful. Sometimes more is not better. Tinctures can be taken straight by putting it under your tongue (sublingually), or added to a cup of water/tea to lessen the burn. If taken straight, remember that tinctures can cause a burning sensation due to the alcohol, this is normal.
