• At Haints and Hollers Apothecary, I stand behind the integrity of my small-batch herbal remedies. Because every body is unique, I'll handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis with care and intention.

• Exchanges: If you received or accidentally purchased the wrong item, I am happy to offer an exchange. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order, and I'll make it right.

• Returns: While I don't offer blanket returns, I understand that occasionally, a product may not align with your individual needs. In these rare cases, please reach out to me within 14 days of purchase and we'll work together to find a solution.

• Tinctures: Due to the nature of internal herbal remedies and health regulations, all tincture sales are final and non-refundable.
