How to use: Shake gently. Take 1–3 dropperfuls as needed at the first sign of aches or tension. Start with one and only increase if you feel you need a bit more — herbs are powerful, and often less is more. Tinctures can be taken straight by putting it under your tongue (sublingually), or added to a cup of water/tea to lessen the burn. If taken straight, remember that tinctures can cause a burning sensation due to the alcohol, this is normal.
