Digestive Aid is a simple but powerful blend, crafted to support digestion and help in times of bloating, heartburn or upset stomach from overeating. This blend is made up of GI-friendly herbs, each one selected for its time-honored properties in promoting healthy digestion and providing relief from discomfort.
Add 1 tbsp of loose-leaf herbs to 8 oz of hot water. Let steep for 5-10 minutes. Honey is always optional, but also always encouraged due to the beneficial properties of honey to the body.
