Ingredients:

•St. John's Wort
•Oat Straw
•Chamomile
•Passionflower
•Holy Basil
•Hawthorn Berries
•Distilled Vodka- 80 proof

How to use:

Take 1-3 dropperfuls in times of need. Start with one dropperful, and see if more is needed. Remember, herbs are powerful. Sometimes more is not better. Tinctures can be taken straight by putting it under your tongue (sublingually), or added to a cup of water/tea to lessen the burn. If taken straight, remember that tinctures can cause a burning sensation due to the alcohol, this is normal.
